💬 AI Knowledge Base
WiseMind AI offers a powerful AI Knowledge Base feature that helps users efficiently organize and use knowledge resources. You can create multiple knowledge bases and flexibly add different sources, including:
- All documents in the WiseMindAI file list
- All notes in the WiseMindAI note list
- Newly uploaded documents
- Newly added links
Here, you can chat with all documents in a knowledge base, summarize them, and generate infographics, helping you quickly extract key information, answer questions accurately, and understand the content more fully while saving a lot of search time.
Basic Configuration(English)
- Before using knowledge base summaries or knowledge cards, please configure: Large Language Model API Key
- Before using knowledge base chat, please configure: Embedding API Key to vectorize and analyze documents.
📖 Usage
When you use the WiseMindAI Knowledge Base for the first time, you can create your first knowledge base by following the built-in guide:

1. Create a Knowledge Base
Open the "Knowledge Base" tab, click "Create Knowledge Base", then follow the guide to fill in the information and select the documents for that knowledge base:

2. Summarize the Knowledge Base
After creation, you can start using knowledge-base features, such as knowledge-base summary:

At that point, you can choose which documents should be included in the summary. By default, all of them are selected:

3. Knowledge Base Chat
Before using knowledge base chat, the documents need to be analyzed so key information can be extracted. First click "Process All" to analyze all documents:

After analysis is complete, you can chat with the current knowledge base in the "Chat" panel on the right and ask questions directly:

4. Featured Knowledge Bases
WiseMindAI periodically updates a selection of high-quality featured knowledge bases. You can click "Download and Import" to bring them into your local app and use them directly:
